Medium substrate and antenna with same

At least two artificial micro structures located on two different planes are electrically connected through conductive materials. The medium substrate has high dielectric constant. An antenna using the medium substrate is further disclosed. Due to the fact that the dielectric constant of the medium substrate is high, miniaturization of the antenna can be favorably achieved.
