The invention particularly relates to a comprehensive dust prevention method for a large-mining-height working face and solves the problems of large dust prevention difficulties and low efficiency caused by large production amount of coal dust of large-mining-height working faces. The method comprises the steps of a, performing drilling on working face coal through a ZQSJ-140/4.1 frame column pneumatic handheld drilling machine, performing plugging through a KFY-2009G hole sealing apparatus, performing water injection and reading the instantaneous flow rate through an LCG-S50DFM-5 electronic water meter directly; b, mounting two KLCH-101 mine centrifugal dust suppression apparatuses at the position of a return airway working face, mounting four sets of Q11F-200PDN20.25 mine rotary spraying apparatuses, and mounting four sets of ZPZ12-Z spraying sprinklers at each transferring points, so that flying of coal dust is suppressed directly; c, mounting three ZCL automatic-flushing type filtering apparatuses on the working face for filtering water; d, mounting two BPW315/16K pressurization spray pumps for spraying the interior and the exterior of a unit and between the frame. According to the comprehensive dust prevention method, both the control over the production amount and suppression of dust flying are performed from dust sources, so that the dust prevention of the total working face is improved integrally.
