Seed granulating matrix and method for processing seed-corn granules

2015
The invention discloses a seed granulating matrix and a method for processing seed granules. The seed granulating matrix is prepared from a powder A, a powder B and a powder C, wherein the powder A is prepared from attapulgite, a super absorbent resin, maltodextrin and avermectin powder, the powder B is prepared from attapulgite and a super absorbent resin, and the powder C is prepared from 35% of a metalaxyl wettable powder, 40% of a seed dressing two-component wettable powder, an ABT4 rooting powder, yellow potassium humate, a rare earth compound, sodium selenite, boric acid, zinc sulfate, copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate. The method for processing the seed granules comprises the following steps: mixing the powder A, the powder C, water and carefully selected seeds to obtain a paste, processing the paste into granules by adopting a granulating machine, and coating the granules with the powder B to obtain seed granules. The seed granulating matrix disclosed by the invention has the functions of preventing pests and diseases in the seedling stage, improving the drought resistance of grains, increasing the germinability of seeds, storing, holding and supplying water and ensuring that all the seedlings survive and grow strong. The seed granules produced by adopting the seed granulating method are uniform in size and high in compressive strength and can be sowed mechanically, and each seed granule contains 4 to 6 seeds.
