The utility model discloses a vehicle power takeoff device which comprises a power takeoff shell, a gear seat, a driven shaft, a drive gear, a jointing sleeve, a cylinder body, a piston, a spring, an output shaft coupling gear, an output flange and a shifting fork assembly which drives the jointing sleeve to put into a gear or get out of the gear, wherein the drive gear is sheathed on the gear seat through a needle bearing, is fixed with the gear seat in the axial direction and is rotatably matched with the gear seat in the radial direction; the jointing sleeve is sheathed on the gear seat through a spline, is fixed with the gear seat in the radial direction and is slideably matched with the gear seat in the axial direction; the drive gear is engaged with the output shaft coupling gear; and the spring is arranged between one end of the piston and the cylinder body, and the other end of the piston is a compressed air inlet end and is connected with the shifting fork assembly. Since the piston, the shifting fork assembly and the spring are used for realizing gear shift and are arranged in the power takeoff shell through the cylinder body and a cylinder is entirely arranged inside, the structure is compact, the volume is small, and the gear shift and the power transmission are stable; and compared with a device with a cylinder which is entirely arranged outside, the structure is simpler and the manufacturing cost is lower.
