During August, 2007 to September, 2008, total 42 root-rot soybean plants were collected in the soybean growing areas of Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi, Heihe and Wudalianchi of Hei-longjiang Province, from which 362 strains of Fusarium species were isolated. Based on morphological characteristics, these strains were identified as eight species of Fusarium.
