Provided are: a film which can decorate even three-dimensional shapes, exhibits excellent formability when decorating (adhering to) an adherend, can reduce the size of variously-sized protrusions and recesses present on the surface of the adherend by adhering, and improves external appearance; and a decorated molded article having said film. This film has a layer containing a thermoplastic resin. When Tg [°C] is the highest glass transition temperature of the film, there is, in the range of Tg to Tg+50 [°C], a temperature T [°C] at which the elongation at break of the film is at least 50%. When A 1 (f) is the amplitude of the spatial frequency f of protrusions and recesses on an abrasive particle-surface of a polyester film sheet, said abrasive particle-surface being a surface coated with abrasive particles that are made of aluminum oxide and have a particle size of 12 μm, A 2 (f) is the amplitude of the spatial frequency f of protrusions and recesses on the surface of the film after the film has been adhered to the abrasive particle-surface at a temperature in the range of Tg to Tg+50 [°C] and a pressure of 0.3 MPa, and φ(f)=A 2 (f)/A 1 (f) is the ratio of A 2 (f) to A 1 (f), fc, which is the minimum spatial frequency satisfying φ(f)= 0.1, is 2.0 mm -1 or less.
