The invention relates to a three-dimensional measuring instrument for the length and angle of a thighbone tunnel in knee joint cruciate ligament reconstruction. The three-dimensional measuring instrument comprises a U-shaped handle rack and is characterized by further comprising a fixing assembly, wherein the fixing assembly is detachably connected to the handle rack and used for making the handle rack be fixed to a shank; a movable locating length measurer is arranged at the outside end of the handle rack, and the measurer is provided with scale marks; a conical locating sleeve is fixedly arranged at the inside end of the handle rack; the front end of the conical locating sleeve is provided with a long hollow locating pin, and the center of the locating pin is aligned with the center of the measurer; the big end of the conical locating sleeve is connected with an angle measuring substrate which is perpendicular to the horizontal plane and can rotate freely; the angle measuring substrate is provided with an arc-shaped channel, and a measuring plate with the surface provided with angle index marks is perpendicularly arranged in the channel. The three-dimensional measuring instrument is simple in structure, practical, convenient and fast to operate and capable of measuring the length and angle of the thighbone tunnel to be drilled noninvasively, effectively, accurately and rapidly, thereby facilitating follow-up medical treatment.
