Las conflictividades por el uso, ocupación y tenencia de la tierra entre las comunidades campesinas y Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia : el caso del Corregimiento de Pance ubicado en el Parque Nacional Natural Farallones de Cali

Actually, Colombia have 59 Nation natural parks, and 37 of them, more than 60%, have problems for use, occupation and possession. Farallones Natural Park its located near to Cali city, created in 1968, like a protected area, but ignoring many problems of people, that used this territory; After that, displacement of people due to armed conflict in Colombia and the wrong judicial process, the occupation of people in this park grow. All of those have been created socioenvironmental problems, between community that use this park and environmental authorities, that try to control and manage this area. This paper presents different alternatives around problems generated for use, occupation and possession of this park, and specific of Pance place, ubicated inside of Farallones Natural Park.
