Efficient Preparation of Tetrasubstituted Pyrazines Starting from Pyrazin-2(1H)-ones

Based on the Liebeskind—Srogl cross-coupling on pyrazines of type (I), microwave procedures are developed to synthesize pyrazinyl-substituted alkynes (V).
