A Collaborative business solution based on interest test

We focused on blended e-learning collaborative business framework-BisCol. The roles and actors in BisCol was choose random in a 5 member team, and then according to results in interest test and Holland psychological types: Realistic, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional and Investigation. We study the influence of psychological types in opportunity to learn and practice based on training and working in several EAI or ERP e-business systems, ability to work in team, follow project management plan, support for long-term competence development, abilities to work in IT development teams. Students have opportunity to made collaborative documents, and establish criteria for comparison analyses. Keywords: collaborative framework, blended e-learning, interest test evaluation;
