Una mirada a la educación inclusiva y su incidencia en la formación de profesionales universitarios

2018
The education is a fundamental human right, recognized in diverse instruments of international right, ratified by the States Members of the Organization of the United Nations (UN). The States are the backers of this right and they have the obligation of respecting it, to protect it and to carry out it, in other words, of generating the conditions for its full realization. The principle of inclusive education was adopted unanimously in the World Conference on Education of Special Necessities: access and quality (Salamanca, 1994), and it implies that the regular schools should welcome all the children and young without taking into account their physical, intellectuals, social, emotional conditions or of any another type. The inclusion is a philosophy that was built on the belief that all the people are same and they should be respected and valued, as a topic of basic human rights. The objective of this work is to value the current state on the inclusive practices in Latin America, in the school education, their legislations that aid and its impact in the formation of university professionals
