The invention discloses a superfine-denier cellulose filament fiber and a manufacturing method thereof. The technical scheme in the invention is as follows: the superfine-denier cellulose filament fiber is a viscose-cotton cellulose filament fiber, and the number of superfine denier is 0.6-1. The superfine-denier cellulose filament fiber disclosed by the invention is implemented by using an adhesive manufacturing process and a spinning process, wherein the adhesive manufacturing process comprises the following steps: (1) impregnation: carrying out impregnation on cotton linter pulp and an impregnating compound V388, wherein the temperature is 40-49 DEG C, the alkali concentration is 220-240 g/L, and the application amount of the impregnating compound V388 accounts for 1 per mill of the amount of an alpha cellulose; (2) aging: the temperature is 35-50 DEG C, and the viscosity is 45-55 mp; (3) yellowing: the adding amount of carbon disulfide accounts for 30-33% of the alpha cellulose, the adding amount of a reactive active agent accounts for 3-5 per mill of the mass of the alpha cellulose, and the time is 30-50 minutes; and (4) post-dissolving: the temperature is 15-25 DEG C, and the time is 40-60 minutes. The superfine-denier cellulose filament fiber disclosed by the invention is a viscose filament yarn which has superfine deniers, therefore, the superfine-denier cellulose filament fiber is soft and smooth in handfeel, and good in hygroscopicity and air permeability.
