Ulnar nerve compression secondary to ulnar artery false aneurysm at the Guyon's canal

Ulnar nerve entrapment due to an aneurysm of the ulnar artery in the Guyon canal is rarely described in the literature. This article presents a case of ulnar nerve compression at the Guyon canal caused by a false aneurysm of the ulnar artery secondary to blunt trauma.
