Garbage leachate processing system and processing technology thereof

The invention discloses a garbage leachate processing system. The system comprises a preprocessing system and an evaporation gas washing system, and is characterized in that the preprocessing system comprises a liquid inlet tank, a coagulation reaction tank, a flocculation reaction tank and a vertical flow sedimentation tank, wherein the top of the vertical flow sedimentation tank is communicated with a middle tank, and the bottom of the vertical flow sedimentation tank is communicated with a sludge concentration tank; the evaporation gas washing system comprises an evaporation unit and a gas washing unit; the middle tank is communicated with a distilled water plate-type heat exchanger and a concentrated solution heat exchanger through a filter, the distilled water plate-type heat exchanger and the concentrated solution heat exchanger are communicated with an exhaust heat exchanger, and the exhaust heat exchanger is communicated with an MVR (mechanical vapor recompression) evaporator; the concentrated solution outlet, water vapor outlet, distilled water outlet and non-condensable gas outlet of the MVR evaporator are respectively communicated with corresponding processing parts. The invention also provides a processing technology of the processing system, and has the advantages of being energy-saving, environmentally-friendly, efficient, low in cost, large in processing capacity and the like.
