Valori di microelementi nel latte materno: Rame, Ferro, Manganese, Cromo

1995
The interest on the nutritional importance of essential elements has increased in the last few years. For this reason, and due to the fact that not many texts exist on subject, we wanted to find out the concentration level of copper, iron, manganese and chromium in italian human milk arid the longitudinal variations during the first three months of breast-feeding. We have carried out 204 determinations in total, through GFAAS with zeeman effect, on milk as is, avoiding any type of chemical treatment. The findings are widely portrayed and expanded according to analytical criteria.
