Sawdust, epichlorohydrin, N, N-dimethylformamide, diethylenetriamine and triethylamine serve as raw materials, and under the condition of existence of alkaline media, the adsorbent is prepared. Under the room temperature and vibration condition, the pH of waste water is adjusted to be equal to 4.0 to 5.0, cellulose adsorbents are added, the adding amount of the cellulose adsorbents is 1.0g/L, the vibration time is 3h, and filtering is carried out so as to enable the cellulose adsorbents to be separated out. The method has the advantages of being low in cost, affordable, recyclable and the like, and the amino modified sawdust adsorbent has the advantages of being good in stability, good in adsorption effect, wide in application range and the like, and can be widely applied to treatment of uranium wastewater.
