THE EFFECT OF CORPORATE REAL ESTATE TO CORPORATIONS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN MALAYSIA

This study aims to assess the intangible benefits from the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) sector. This study adopted different estimation methods, such as Correlation and Two Stage Least Squares (2SLS), and regression for analyses. The correlation results show there is a negative relationship between CRE ownership intensity with RD which unchaining the CRE intangible benefits.
