PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire thrombophilia supposed to have a portion closely related to a vascular disease, and to utilize it, whereas, though each numerical value target of serum cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, neutral fat or the like is set for determination of a cardiovascular disease, the numerical value cannot specify the disease because it is set in an extremely general state, and is supposed to be useful only as a guide to close examination. SOLUTION: This method comprises the first process for, first of all, measuring a numerical value of a factor correlated with existence of a cardiovascular disease case in blood, a process for forming an ROC curve based on extracted correlation factor data, a process for selecting a threshold value having excellent sensitivity and specificity, and a process for corresponding a measured value to the threshold value.
