Method of electric arc welding with protective gas multielectrode oriented at particular angles

2009
A method of electric arc welding protected gas multielectrode for a ribbon between a placainferior (1) placed horizontally and a vertical plate (2) placed perpendicularly on the bottom plate (1), wherein a front electrode and a back electrode are each one formed by a wire fundentepara core arc welding protected with gas, where a electrode distance between the front electrode and the back electrode 20 to 35 mm, characterized in that a filler wire is provided between the front electrode is fixed and the rear electrode acontinuacion front electrode, in which the variables L, T, F, X, Y, α, β and γ satisfy the following expressions: ** ** Formula wherein L represents a horizontal angle of the front electrode between the front electrode and direccionhorizontal, T represents a horizontal angle between the rear electrode and the rear electrode horizontal direction, X represents the part larger of L and T, Y represents the smallest L and T part, F represents an angle desoplete filler wire between the filler wire and the horizontal direction, α represents a deretroceso angle of the front electrode where a front end of front electrode points backward in ladireccion welding plan view, β represents lead angle back electrode where extremodelantero rear electrode points forward in the welding direction in plan view, γ representaun angle forward or reverse torch filler wire wherein a front end of derelleno wire points forward or backward in the welding direction in plan view and is formed develop between filler wire and a direction perpendicular to the welding direction, with the γ angle oretroceso feed filler wire torch one of a negative angle serving as a backward angle in ladireccion welding or a positive angle serving as a forward angle in the welding direction, and wherein a target filler wire position is within the range between a lower end of the placavertical (2) and a position at a height from the lower end, the height being obtained by subtracting 2 mm from TheLength upper leg.
