Опыт замещения дефектов длинных трубчатых костей
2006
Replacement of defects of long bones is one of the most complicated problems of reconstructive and restorative surgery. The authors think that the choice of the most effective method of bone defect replacement depends on the cause of pathological process, the size of the defect, its localization, state of surrounding tissues and the patient's health. Basing on this, the author suggest to apply bilocal osteosynthesis by Ilizarov or combination of osteosynthesis with resection of bone fragments.
