Análisis de los procesos de contratación del área administrativa de la ESE Hospital San Rafael de Fusagasugá, durante el periodo 2017- 2019.

Service delivery contracts have become the main alternative to contracting administrative areas in State Social Enterprises (ESE), as a solution to the multiple financial problems they have been going through in these entities, thus avoiding the high-performance loads involved in sustaining employee plants. While this was true was a solution at the time of crisis, at present the recurrence of this type of contracting within these entities puts new problems are uncovered not only for entities, but the disadvantage that workers focus on because of the need for a stability agree to comply with conditions that go far beyond those agreed within those contracts. This research aims to analyze the contractual processes of the administrative area of the ESE Hospital San Rafael de Fusagasuga during the period 2017- 2019, identifying the regulations applicable to this type of procurement, analyzing the procurement processes within the entity describing the pros and cons that arise.
