The plate comprises the following components in percent: 60-70 percent of sericitein powder with grain fineness number of 3000-4000mu, 20-30 percent of light calcium carbonate powder with grain fineness number of 1200-1500 mu, 0-10 percent of recycled plastic powder with grain fineness number of 40-60mu, 0-10 percent of wood fiber powder with grain fineness number of 80-100mu, 0-3 percent of foaming regulating agent and 0-0.6 percent of edible sodium bicarbonate. Compared with the prior art, the invention can be used for fully utilizing traditional materials so that wood materials are saved, has the advantages of energy saving and environment friendliness, and also has the effects of light weight, good elasticity, water prevention, noise reduction, inflaming retarding and the like.
