Spread of microorganism aerosol in animal house to its environments

A diffuse mode was used to estimate spread of the airborne microorganism in animal house to its environments.Influence of sediment of relatively bigger dust and biologic durability of airborne aerosol in the air on the spread of microorganism aerosol were studied.Height of the microbial source was regarded as 3m and 10m.When diffuse class was IV and intensity of bacterial source is 10 6 CFU/s,the bacterial concentrations were 50,100,200,500 and 1 000 CFU/m 3 at the distance of 100,200,300,400 and 500m from an animal house, respectively.The results suggested that the minimum distance of 25m between animal stables should be keeped so that the aerogen infection could be immensely reduced,and livestock farm should be built at least at a distance 500m from residential area.
