Study on a new catalyst for removing sulfur and reducing olefins in FCC gasoline
2005
A modified zeolite-L catalyst was prepared by impregnating Co-Mo oxides as active components onto it,and characterized by XRD,IR and BET.In the presence of hydrogen, the performance of Co-Mo/L catalyst for removing sulfur and olefins was tested in a fixed-bed microreactor with feeding full range of FCC gasoline. The influences of n(Co)∶n(Mo),metal content, reaction temperature, reaction pressure,LHSV and V(H_2)∶V(FCC gasoline) on the removal of sulfur and reduction of olefins in gasoline were studied.Under such optimal conditions as follows:n(Co)∶n(Mo)=1∶2,w(CoO)=2.5%,T=320℃,(p(H_2)=)1.5 MPa,V(H_2)∶V(FCC gasoline)=600∶1 and LHSV=4.0 h~(-1),the FCC gasoline desulfurization rate can be about 92%,olefin saturation rate, about 42%,gasoline octane number loss, less than 1.0,gasoline yield,97%~98%,and the stability of Co-Mo/L catalyst is also good.
