Report on Functional Requirements and Software Architecture for the IDTO Prototype – Phase I Demonstration Site (Columbus)

This report documents the System Requirements and Architecture for the Phase I implementation of the Integrated Dynamic Transit Operations (IDTO) Prototype bundle within the Dynamic Mobility Applications (DMA) portion of the Connected Vehicle Program. It builds off of the previous system requirements report and adds site-specific requirements.
