The formation of a perfect system of administrative management sectors of agriculture is a priority that is primarily due to the necessity of providing the population with quality and affordable food, and industrial enterprises with raw materials for their functioning, development and the state budget. The article discusses the features of the current system of administrative management sectors of agriculture Zhytomyr region, revealed its problematic aspects, justified their negative impact on the economic indicators of the development of agriculture in the region and suggested ways of improvement. Thus, the main directions of improvement of the system of administrative management agricultural sectors of the region are: a focus on management associated with the implementation and facilitation of the implementation of agricultural projects; strengthening of the role of marketing process when implementing the main functions of administrative management by focusing special attention on the problem of pricing in sales of livestock and crop production; ensuring the improvement of the system of administrative management of crop and livestock production through the creation of separate sphere of management – promotion of organic production, which plays a significant role in ensuring the quality and usefulness of products for the population of the region and the country as a whole.
