Industrial plants, which use cryogenic process, like plants for H-D-T distillation, have high hazards. The distillation systems components must comply with the followings rules: to use reliable cryogenic sources; to have proper cold-boxes who shelter the columns, in order to decrease the environmental thermal influences; to have for the columns, condensers with smooth dropping, re-boilers with steady controllable boiling, internals solutions with higher separation factor; to have low mass and high thermal capacity heat exchangers.
