Système de recherche d'information pour les tâches métier.

A person has a hard time finding relevant information necessary to accomplish his work task. To solve this problem we present in this paper the architecture of search system for information applicable to a business context which will allow adapting the search results information necessary for the work tasks. The system is based on a proposition of a triptych business context model which contains the modelling of three interdependent parts of the context: the user, the task and the environment. The model is associated to a process of learning and to a process that creates, according to the conjunction of all the contextual factors, the particular situation. This last one will be the entry point of the information search system. We explain how this system can improve the information search in a business context by taking into account cognitive, technical and social aspects. We also detail in this paper the various facets of the proposed context model as well as the associated components.
