The powder subpackage semi-isolation system comprises a specific operation region, a conveying unit and an isolation shield, wherein a channel, which is communicated with the background environment and the specific operation region is internally provided with an inlet and an outlet of the conveying unit; the isolation shield is arranged on the channel and provided with an air supply pipe; the air supply pipe is used for supplying gas with quality higher than or at least consistent with that of air in the specific operation region into the channel so as to form an gas curtain; the supplied gas respectively flows toward the background environment and the specific operating region, so as to ensure that the internal pressure of the isolation shield is positive pressure relative to the background environment and the specific operation region and thus prevent the air in the background environment from entering the specific operation region. The gas curtain formed on the channel, which is communicated with the background environment and the specific operation region can be used for effectively preventing background air from entering the specific operation region, so that the specific operation region is protected from being polluted by the air of the background environment, the humidity is kept controllable, and the requirement of the power subpackage on the humidity is achieved.
