The effect of Bio and Nano fertilizers on germination Indices of pea (Pisum sativum L.)
2017
In order to Study the effect of spraying biological and Nano fertilizers on germination indices of Pisum sativum.L, a factorial experiment was carried out in a randomized complete block design with three replication at the Seed Production Company in Germi city in 1395. The experimental factors consisted of two types of Nano-fertilizers including boron at three levels: 0, 2, 4 ppm and Nano molybdenum at three levels of 0, 1 and 2 per thousand, and spraying with three different strains of Pseudomonas bacteria with the titles (P24,P25,P32), and the control plants were sprayed with distilled water. All treatments were applied 6 weeks after planting. Traits such as germination speed, germination percentage, root length, shoot length, root dry weight and shoot dry weight were measured. The results showed that the effects of Nano fertilizers and bacteria on the studied traits Was meaningful at 1% level, and the interaction of treatments showed only meaningful differences in root dry weight percentage at 1% level. According to the comparison of the averages, the highest germination percentage in chickpea plant was (96.86%) in P25 strain of Pseudomonas and the lowest in control (80.44%).In germination speed, P25 strain of Pseudomonas strain and control treatment received the highest and lowest germination speeds (31.37 and 22.84 g), respectively Also, in studying the interaction of Pseudomonas bacteria and Nano fertilizers at the probability level of 1% was meaningful on shoot dry weight. The combination of P25 Pseudomonas strain with Nano-molybdenum fertilizer 1 per thousand of the highest weight (0.275 mg) was obtained. The overall result of the experiment shows that molybdenum plays a major role in increasing germination indices, either as a single application or in combination with Pseudomonas, among Nano fertilizers. Growth bacteria, especially strain P25, with increased growth, had the highest role in increasing germination indices.
