Study on Processing Technic of Swing Seat

Surface shape precision of lens and it's processing efficiency are influenced by manufacture accuracy of swing seat.Technical requirements about swing seat were analyzed.Machining technics of swing seat were studied.The causes of position error were analyzed,corresponding countermeasures were put forward and were verified repeatedly in practice.The results show that to choose proper clamping position,the impact of clamping deformation on swing seat position accuracy can be eliminated;to determine right clamping force,the influence on shape accuracy of swing seat can be reduced.
