Pseudomyxoma peritonei. A report of three cases.

: Pseudomyxoma peritonei is an infrequently encountered clinical entity which presents mainly with abdominal distension. We present here our experience with three such cases and emphasize on the aggressive combined operative and chemotherapeutic approach in this disease.
