ACE2-Ang (1-7)-Mas受体轴与肝纤维化

2010
Renin-angiotensin system (RAS) is an important physiological regulatory mechanism, it plays an important role in maintaining blood pressure at steady state, maintaining local water and salt balance and the normal functions of tissues and organs. The role of the classical RAS axis ACE-AngⅡ-AT1R is considered to play a catalytic role in the process of liver fibrosis; ACE2-Ang (1-7)-Mas receptor axis is a newly discovered RAS axis, it appears to exert a counter-regulatory role in liver tissue with axis of ACE-Ang Ⅱ-ATR1 and plays a protective role in the process of liver fibrosis. We briefly review the relationship between ACE2-Ang (1-7)-Mas receptor axis and liver fibrosis in this article.
