Assessment of intelligent substation based on improved fuzzy sets method

The evaluation of intelligent transformation level of primary equipment in substation is an important part of the second batch of intelligent substation pilot project. In this paper, pilot projects for the transformation of smart substations in several regional power grids are extensively investigated, of which the following work is done on the basis: Firstly, the evaluation model of intelligent transformation level of primary equipment in substation is established; secondly, with the model, the Vague set multi-objective decision theory is used in the comprehensive evaluation of intelligent transformation of primary equipment, resulting in a consistency check method based on Vague set theory, and the weight solving method is improved. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate that the evaluation method has high discrimination and small computation, and is less affected by human factors. The conclusions obtained from the evaluation method can provide reference for the intelligent transformation of substations and the formulation of power grid standards.
