The problem of the information management system of the logistics of the trading company as a system of information management system of the organization/enterprise and the peculiarities of the development of information systems for the management of the logistics of a trading enterprise is considered. The idea is to combine management of material, financial and information flows of a trading enterprise. The structuring of the properties of the information system of the logistics of the trading company is proposed.
