Optimization of Fermentation Condition of Beauveria brongniartii

Fermentation condition for industry fermentation of Beauveria brongniartii CGMCC NO.2382 was tested.The condition optimization was conducted by single factor experiment.The factors studied were carbon source,nitrogen source,pH,and culture time.The results showed that the optimal conditions of fermentation by Beauveria brongniartii for producing spores were soybean powder or corn flour as nitrogen source,soluble starch as carbon source,initial pH of 5.0 and fermentation time for 13 d.Under the optimal fermentation conditions,the spore production reached up to maximum.
