A method of manufacturing a liquid container (1) detachably mounted on a liquid consuming device, the liquid container including (1): a containment chamber of fluid in which the liquid is contained; a hole liquid supply (50) connectable to the liquid consuming device; a step liquid guide for guiding the liquid contained in the liquid containing chamber to the liquid supply hole (50); and a communication passage of air (150) communicating the chamber containing liquid air, where the containment chamber liquid includes at least three containment chambers liquid (370, 390, 430), and wherein the chambers liquid containment (370, 390, 430) are mutually connected in series so as to have a descending connection (380) where a pair of chambers containing fluid (370, 390) are mutually connected so that a liquid flow in step liquid guide is a downward flow from top to bottom and an uplink (420) where a pair of chambers containing liquid are mutually connected so that the liquid flow in the guide passage liquid is a upflow from the bottom up, the method including: forming an injection port (601) communicating with the liquid containing chamber, in the air communicating passage (150); injecting a predetermined amount of liquid through the injection port (601); and sealing the injection port (601) after injecting the liquid.
