The invention belongs to the technical field of pressure vessel forming and particularly relates to a forming process and device for a composite LPG gas cylinder. The forming process comprises the following steps that blow molding is conducted on a plastic inner container; the inner container subjected to blow molding is trimmed; a flange, a valve seat, a sealing ring and other related parts are added at an opening of the gas cylinder; reinforced fibers are wound on the plastic inner container; a valve is added, and the good gas tightness is ensured; the plastic inner container wound with the reinforced fibers is sent to a glue injection station, a glue solution is added into a mold through a glue injection pipe, and air inflation and pressurization are conducted on the plastic inner container at the same time to keep the balance of the internal pressure and the external pressure, so that deformation of the plastic inner container is avoided; and after glue injection is completed, the glue injection mold is heated, solidified and cooled. Compared with a process that a protective layer is added after wet winding or dry fiber winding is conducted, the glue injection process is simpler and more efficient, materials are saved, and processing is clean.
