Real time arrester diagnostic device

The present invention provides a real time arrester degradation diagnostic device which determines an error of an arrester with the unaided eye from the outside in real time. The real time arrester degradation diagnostic device tests the failure of its real time arrester degradation diagnostic device and does not require separate external power by being driven using a solar cell module. The present invention comprises; a movable supporter of a pillar shape which is combined to one side end of an arrester with a screw and is accepted within a housing having an insertion groove at one side and forms a magnetic body at the end of an insertion groove direction and forms a cover on the outer circumference surface; a magnetization unit which is placed within the housing to be closed to the insertion groove end and is operated as an electromagnet by a driving power source; an induction coil which induces a leakage current of a ground conductive wire for the arrester; and a control unit which provides the driving power source to the magnetization unit when the leakage current induced in the induction coil exceeds a predetermined standard current and then, moves the movable supporter into the insertion groove and prevents the cover formed on the movable supporter from being exposed to the outside.
