Активность бетулина и его композита с полиэтиленгликолем на модели острой почечной недостаточности у крыс

On the model of acute renal failure in rats, it is shown that betulin and mechanoactivated composite of betulin with polyethylene glycol (PEG) increased the actual survival of animals. Increasing the life expectancy of rats fed with composite betulin with PEG, was almost 2 times higher than that of the group receiving pure betulin. In acute renal failure betulin composite reduces the concentration of lactate and increases blood oxygenation. It was found that the composite betulin with PEG can be used to correct acid-alkaline balance of living organisms.
