Modeling E-commerce website quality management based on Bayesian network

The website quality affects the success of E-commerce directly.A dynamic and objective model of Ecommerce website quality was setup.The key quality factors,quality characters and sub-characters from the user's perspective were discussed. Applying the Bayesian network,the model was developed,and the overall quality was presented as the central node with the sub-characters as the root nodes.The presented model can be used to evaluate the E-commerce website quality and to carry on the website quality management.
