System and method for resending control channel signalling

The invention provides a system and a method for resending control channel signalling. The method comprises the step that the received control channel signalling is repeatedly sent to a terminal by a base transceiver station (BTS). The system comprises a base station controller (BSC), wherein the BSC comprises a receiving module and a transmitting module; the receiving module is used for receiving the control channel signalling from the BSC; and the transmitting module is used for transmitting the control channel signalling to the terminal. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the invention, the message receiving success rate of the terminal can be increased, and thus related indexes and the user feeling are increased.
