Ultrasonic diagnostic device comprising separable ultrasound module

The present invention relates to an ultrasonic diagnostic device. The ultrasonic diagnostic device according to the present invention comprises: a separable ultrasound module comprising a piezoelectric element array module; and a main ultrasound module receiving an echo signal from the separable ultrasound module for producing an ultrasound image, wherein the separable ultrasonic module and the main ultrasonic module each comprise a detachable part so that the separable ultrasound module is readily coupled to and decoupled from the main ultrasound module. The main ultrasound module establishes in a data base, in advance, beamforming parameter information according to an ultrasonic method, recognizes the type of the separable ultrasound module, and is capable of producing an ultrasound image using the beamforming parameter according to the recognized type of the separable ultrasound module.
