The utility model relates to an inverted-mounting LED chip testing machine, which comprises a chip inverted-mounting device, a chip testing device and a light source collecting device, wherein the chip testing device comprises a probe, and the chip inverted-mounting device comprises a working disk used for placing an inverted-mounting LED chip under test and a shaft rotating device. The testing machine further comprises a supporting part, the working disk is connected to the shaft rotating device through the supporting part, and a gap, which can accommodate the light source collecting device, is reserved between the working disk and the shaft rotating device. The working disk is transparent. The light source collecting device moves to a position under the working disk and collects light emitted by the inverted-mounting LED chip. The inverted-mounting LED chip testing machine is enabled to test the inverted-mounting LED chip and acquire accurate test results through modifying a positive-mounting LED chip testing machine, thereby providing a basis for light and color division in a chip period for the inverted-mounting LED chip.
