Advances in drug-related long QT syndrome

This article has made a reviewwhich included the definition of drug-related long QT interval,clinical features,mechanisms and influence factors,prevention and treatment of drug-related long QT syndrome,and its clinical research progress. It is proposed that clinical pharmacists are needed to focus more attention on the drugs which cause QT prolongation,to prevent acute arrhythmic events,and promote drug use more rational and reduce adverse drug reactions.
