Mid-IR cathodoluminescence of zinc selenide highly-doped with iron

The integrated intensity and kinetics of cathodolumonescense in the middle infrared region of the spectra of ZnSe:Fe crystals with varying iron concentration have been studied. Dependence of decay time on iron concentration has been demonstrated. Experiments were carried out at 77 K and room temperature.
