The invention discloses a device for a single camera to achieve spatial 360 degree annular panoramic and local precise imaging and solves the technical problems that the single camera can achieve spatial 360 degree rough observation imaging and local precise imaging at the same time. The technical scheme is as follows: an optical lens is perpendicularly arranged on a support base after connected with a CCD (charge coupled device) camera; a system computer is connected with the optical lens and the CCD camera; a spatial 360 degree panoramic imaging part comprises a hyperboloid-shaped reflector provided with a center hole, and the hyperboloid-shaped reflector is coaxially arranged above the optical lens through an annular ling transmitting support cylinder; and a local imaging part comprises a flat mirror, a mirror angle adjustment bracket and a mirror horizontal rotary table, the flat mirror is located above the hyperboloid-shaped reflector and arranged on the mirror horizontal rotary table through the mirror angle adjustment bracket, and the flat mirror corresponds to the center hole of the hyperboloid-shaped reflector. The device has the benefits as follows: the device cost is reduced, power consumption and fault rates are reduced, the maintenance and the usage are facilitated, and the application range is expanded.
