Trabalho remoto: uma análise sobre a percepção de servidores públicos com deficiência

This article aims to analyze the perception about remote work of federal public employees with disability, checking if this way of work is inclusive. We interviewed seven volunteer federal civil employees using Whatsapp and the responses revealed presence of some aspects about remote work demonstrate that this modality generates feelings are strongly related with personal characteristics and specificities of each type of disability.  We intuited that remote work may be considered as an inclusion factor also provides self-sustainability, but only when applied judiciously. However, without the necessary care in its adoption, this type of work can mean a step backwards in the struggle of people with disabilities, due to cultural paradigms and the prejudice that are still strongly rooted in our society.
