A method of preparing hydrogenated petroleum resin through continuous hydrogenation of petroleum resin

2014
The invention belongs to the technical field of petroleum processing and particularly relates to a method of preparing hydrogenated petroleum resin through continuous hydrogenation of petroleum resin. A tubular reactor the inside of which is provided with a static mixing element and the inlet of which is provided with a gas distributor is adopted for reaction in the method. The method includes premixing petroleum resin, a solvent, a catalyst and hydrogen, feeding the mixture into the tubular reactor, and reacting at 150-250 DEG C under 3.0-10.0 MPa with retention time being 2-5 hr, wherein the catalyst is a modified skeleton nickel catalyst, the nickel content is 40-80 wt%, the average pore diameter is 2.0-20.0 nm, the mass ratio of the petroleum resin, the solvent and the catalyst is 1:(1-3):(0.01-0.03) and the mole ratio of the petroleum resin to the hydrogen is 1:(2-5). The method is low in reaction pressure and low in solvent consumption. The hydrogenated petroleum resin prepared by the method is high and stable in quality.
