Final Report of Mahidol University’s training activities under the International Decision Support Initiative (iDSI). Mahidol University Health Technology Assessment (MUHTA) Graduate Program

Since the establishment of the Mahidol University Health Technology Assessment (MUHTA) Graduate Program, Mahidol University (MU) has continuously provided support to academic institutions and HTArelated organizations in low and middle income countries (LMICs). The goals of which are to conduct training toward HTA strengthening and to develop academic curriculum integrating concepts and applications on HTA. Notably, the trainings provided by MU aimed to capacitate more people in conducting assessments of health technologies. To build capacity, the topics included in the training events are principles and concepts on HTA, evidence retrieval and appraisal, and, methods for economic evaluations, among others.
